A18 Guatemala Mission Trip (NCC)
The A1:8 Movement Goes To Guatemala! ORDINARY people, EMPOWERED by God's Spirit, DOING what Jesus did, TOGETHER, WHEREVER they are!
We were so moved by our first trip to Guatemala in 2011, that we're going back for more. In June 2012, we will be partnering with Champions in Action again to host a premier soccer camp for 100 Guatemalan kids who grow up in the dangerous red zones of the nation's capital.
During the soccer camp, the kids will be encouraged and motivated to be CHAMPIONS for change in their city. For one week, we will train and play soccer with the kids and seek to inspire them to apply the lessons of perseverance, teamwork, leadership, humility and reliance on God to their daily lives. We will also pair them up with dedicated mentors who will walk with them when they go back home to help guide them away from the life of gangs, drugs, crime and violence and towards a life of Christ-likeness.
Please join us in this ministry by praying for the team and donating to the trip. Your donation will not only help our team out, but it will also provide valuable scholarships for the kids to attend the camp for free. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support.
Gracias.

Mission Argentina 2012
Ordinary people, empowered by God's Spirit, doing what Jesus did, together, wherever they are.
We’re going to Lujan, Argentina to work with Teen Challenge, which is a faith based rehabilitation facility for individuals with life controlling addictions. We will do this by helping in the final phase of construction of their training facility, working along side the students on their farm, and sharing with the students and staff in ministry. We will also be taking a day to do ministry in the slums of Buenos Aires. Drugs, alcohol, and poverty are a major problem that continue to make it difficult for individuals who strive for better lives in Argentina.
The TC farm has a small dairy operation with about thirty cows. This dairy operation along with other food items processed (22 products) on the farm produces enough of a profit to support 75% of the entire Teen Challenge operating budget.
Construction on Training Facility to Include:
1. Complete build out of inner walls of second floor including four classrooms, two dorm roms and living/recreation room. Steel stud framing and dry wall will be used for inner walls. Inside perimeter walls already have drywall including columns. Perimeter windows and doors already installed.
2. Chapel already has interior back wall built with drywall installed. Needed is ceramic, painting, fixtures and ceiling.
3. Bathroom behind Chapel needs to be built out including plumbing and ceramic work. Floor plan calls for large bathroom, but we will use half the space for a smaller bathroom and the other half for storage.
4. Painting of walls
5. Ceramic tiles for the entire floor space
6. Run electric and install electrical fixtures
7. Install remaining inner doors
8. Hang ceiling tiles throughout
We are investing ourselves in a ministry that is going to be sending leaders out all over South and Central America to build Teen Challenge centers just like the one we’ll be working to complete. As you give toward this trip, you will be investing in a legacy ministry!
Berlin 2011 Team
Reaching the lost in Berlin, Germany through art.
We will be heading to Berlin, Germany to work with John Hasler and the Berlin Aktion project. We'll explore social justice issues in Berlin, then respond to our experiences through art. The trip will culminate in a 2 day art gallery where we will engage locals in discussions of faith through the art we've created.

A1:8 Building 4 Bolivia
"A1:8 Building 4 Bolivia" a team to help the undefined...
NCC's A1:8 movement is based on Acts 1:8 which simply put means:
Ordinary people, empowered by God’s Spirit, doing what Jesus did, together, wherever they are
Bolivia Life Center is a Christ-centered orphanage that 55-orphaned boys call home. Majority of the boys living there have endure trauma either drug or sexual or physical abuse related. Our mission while down at the Bolivia Life Center is first to love on these boys as Christ would. Secondly, our goal is to walk along side the NCC missionary that is currently there, helping him with his mission of Adventure Therapy for the boys. Our idea is to help build a climbing wall that we hope will push the boys in new and exciting ways. First, bring joy back in to their lives and secondly, help them overcome and concur their fears.
We will also be taking the boys on other adventure trips like camping and hiking, as well as providing medical and educational aid.
2012 Dominican Republic Missions Team
Building Lives and Hope in the Dominican Republic - One Block at a Time
Last year a dozen NCC'ers joined forces with Pastor Leonardo and the church family of Iglesia Accion Misionera, in the Moises community of Santo Domingo, to lay block for the second floor of their new church. This year we have another great group of individuals going back to serve the Moises community. In addition to construction and finish work; we expect to do direct ministry in the shanty and slum areas of Rivera down by the river.
You can assist our effort through your prayers and your pocketbook. Making your tax deductible donation today will ensure that our team can advance the Kingdom in the Dominican Republic.
Thank you & God Bless!

A18 Mission St. Louis
A18 Mission St. Louis is a team from National Community Church that is going to help launch Middletree church in the heart of North St Louis
NCC's A1:8 movment is based on Acts 1:8 which simply put means:
Ordinary people, empowered by God’s Spirit, doing what Jesus did, together, wherever they are.
We’re going to St. Louis to help launch Middletree church in the heart of the city. It will be situated at a crossroads of the city – a diverse community with deep history as well as urban development. We’ll serve this community through outreach, community building, kindness, and ultimately through this new church. And then on Sunday, the 22nd, we’ll help launch the church. Our own Josh and Kelly Stockstill are moving there to work with the church as well.
Money given will go directly towards projects on the ground there to reach out to local community. We believe that the local church can be a huge agent of change in a community that needs a lot of it. Join with us as we help launch a new life giving community!
